Richt saved us money by walking away for free. Manny is most certainly going to be getting paid less than Richt was. We had $1M-$1.5M for an OC before all the changes. We have the money. No reason whatsoever to skimp out on a coordinator hire.

From all accounts, Fedora seems to be the #1 target on Diaz's list. Whether Fedora takes Miami OC over other open jobs (including HC at Temple) is anybody's guess. I don't know how much Temple is willing to pay for a HC but I'm guessing it will be more than what Miami would pay for OC. If Fedora is looking for the highest paying job.......well.

THE most critical hire along with keeeping Simpson. If we can snag a top flight OL coach and he and Jess work in tandem to develop their players, it will be the 1st time since probably ‘03 that we’ve seen us win the trench wars versus other teams.
