Bob Griese Dolphins Hall of Famer , never ever had a strong arm , what he did in his time like no other did was distribute the football to his awesome play-makers.

This is all we have to do , read overages and throw / hand off to your specialist , this would be the only thing I would look at in practice and scrimmages.

Throwing a 10-40 yard pass slant, flag or flanker screen what ever to JT4 and just watch what happens , MAKE THE RIGHT READS this is the QB we need.

From all the reporting J Williams has been the most steady of the 3 QBs. I'll wait for Enos and Manny to give the nod to who starts!
