When evaluating N'kosi, think, can I trust him with ten keys of my cocaine
How you know?If N'Kosi Perry is our QB, then our ceiling is 8 wins.
Enos said that he wants to eliminate one QB from the race early in fall camp and I think that's Kosi. But yeah I don't think Kosi leaves until he's a grad transfer. Idk if he's on track to get a degree early so that may not be until after his RS Junior year.
Idc who wins but saying his ceiling is 8 wins is hating. You can say you don’t trust him but the talent is there. How you know?
So bc I don't think Kosi is our best QB that means I don't like him? That must mean that u don't like Knowles and didn't like Malik last year. So your time should be running out too, right?****..you don’t like Kosi at all...Your time as a Cane fan is running out..Louisville needs you we have enough fools here already...oh yea by the way..I don’t give a **** who wins the job.
Go Canes!!
Lol...I like Knowles & Malik..good kids just not starting materiel...I like Tate, Jarren & Kosi & I said I don’t care who wins...I want the best QB on the team to win the job...Go Canes..So bc I don't think Kosi is our best QB that means I don't like him? U don't care about who wins the job but every single time u defend a QB it only happens to be Kosi. Lmao show me one post where u defended Tate or Jarren. U can't. Have some courage and say u think Kosi will win instead of being in the closet.
Oh yeah, and BTW, u should probably stop believing everything u read on the internet.
Go Canes!!!
You have some good points , but Just because Urban Meyer left should have had no bearing on Martell. The head coach is not going to say, "Hey, I want Martell to play." The OC would make that decision even if Meyer were still the HC.If Urban recruited Tate the chances of him being a "good QB" are more likely than if some regular coach recruited him. What QBs has Urban missed on? U gave Tebow and JT as examples as if that were a bad thing... both are national championship winning QBs. Enos already said that he would tailor the offense around whatever QB wins the job.
OSU told Tate to walk bc 1. The guy who wanted him there left, and 2. Fields is a better QB. No one is saying Tate is better than Fields.
The "Tate can't throw" is simply a false narrative. There is film of him throwing 50 yard TDs or him scrambling to his left and hitting a WR on the money. U act as if we haven't already had a spring game. Can u show many any throw he wasn't capable of making?... Didn't think so. U don't need an all pro arm to win in CFB. We won 10 games with Malik Rosier. Tate has a better arm than him. Nick Marshall lead Auburn to national championship and beat Alabama. Tate has a better arm than him also.
We run a west coast offense or "spread coast" and if u know anything about football then u would know in a west coast offense the WRs do all the leg work. U get the ball out quick on short to intermediate routes to your receivers. Exactly what we saw in the spring game.
U and other people on here give yourself away. U say "I just want the best QB" but then the only time u have a rebuttal is when someone mentions Tate. U don't do that with Jarren. U don't do that with Kosi. The only person you're fooling is yourself.
I'm still waiting on u to show me where you've defended any other QB other than Kosi. I see plenty posts of u defending Kosi, but not anyone else. Have u just not saw anything on Tate and Jarren? Or is it that you're in the closet hoping Kosi wins the job? LmaoLol...I like Knowles & Malik..good kids just not starting materiel...I like Tate, Jarren & Kosi & I said I don’t care who wins...I want the best QB on the to win the job...Go Canes..

Good luck on your semi pro tryouts....
That does have bearing on Martell when the person who recruited him left, and the person who didn't recruit him brought in his own QB. Tate didn't have to make a decision. Day made the decision for him. He said that Day told him his best bet was to leave and that's why OSU coordinated with UM to get Tate his waiver. Day basically promised Fields the job to get him in Columbus. You have some good points , but Just because Urban Meyer left should have had no bearing on Martell. Secondly, there is nothing that proves Justin Fields is a better QB. He barely played at Georgia his freshman year and when he did play, they used him more as a runner and not a passer. So, his work is inconclusive. The only way to know who is the better QB is with competition. Fortunately for us, we get to find out who the better Miami QB is.
If N'Kosi Perry is our QB, then our ceiling is 8 wins.

My point is that Meyer would NOT have made a difference in whether Martell played. The only difference is that Day wouldn't have told Martell to transfer. Meyer would have kept Martell even if he wasn't the starter .That does have bearing on Martell when the person who recruited him left, and the person who didn't recruit him brought in his own QB. There is nothing to prove Fields is the better QB but I'm just playing likelihood here. Is it more likely that he's a star or more likely that he's a bust? More than 50% of 5 stars get drafted so it's more likely he'll be a star and not a bust.
Day told him to leave because he didn't believe tate coud throw the ball good enough in his offense. He coached tate for 2 years and then decided he wasn't the answer. That is a red flag. That does have bearing on Martell when the person who recruited him left, and the person who didn't recruit him brought in his own QB. Tate didn't have to make a decision. The playbook wasn’t the issue as much as it was having advanced QB skills that the playbook required to actually have success, like going through 3 reads on a play, feeling pressure in the pocket and avoiding it, ball placement, etc

The more often people on this board post "_____ will start against the Gators." The more likely it will happen. It's just science.
Or maybe Fields can just throw the ball better and is a better overall QB.Day told him to leave because he didn't believe tate coud throw the ball good enough in his offense. He coached tate for 2 years and then decided he wasn't the answer. That is a red flag.
Its not about arm strength. It's about overall ability as a passer. The dude who coached at osu said martell wasn't a better passer than braxton miller. Miller was a horrible passer.Or maybe Fields can just throw the ball better and is a better overall QB.
Did Nick Marshall have an elite arm? Tim Tebow? McSorely? Y'all act like u have to have an all pro arm to win in CFB. It's actually hilarious.
Show me proof of one throw Tate wasn't capable of making in our spring game.
It’s like some of u all don't know what a west coast offense is. U get the ball out quick to your WRs, who are in large part are only running short to intermediate routes, and let them do all the leg work.

Does that sound like u need a QB with a JaMarcus Russell arm?
