Because he's carrying extra weight.
He's not a natural 275, he's just showed up at that size for the scouts.
Pro day he'll be back in the 260s to run his 40. Guys do that all the time.

He played last season at 270
 
5th round was an overreaction on my part. With this being maybe the best DL group in recent memory I was just personally hoping joe would blow the combine out of the water, thinking he was similar to Myles Garrett testing-wise. I’ve been overestimating his athletic traits.

First off them calling Kyler Murray a wr and basically doing a 3 paragraph essay about how he sucks and nobody wants him showz they are morons. Second of all they don't know the Dolphins FO now and third mock drafts right now are irrelevant. Fact is these "experts" know very little ans they don't have that many sources because id they did they'd talk to local writers for each team and know basically who every team will draft by draft week

I actually agree. He can get effort sacks and schemed sacks all day but his moves and pass rushing instincts aren't there at least yet

They didnt say he sucked. It was based on the talk that he was 5'8 or 5'9. They were just saying there is a lot of question marks with him because of his size, lack of experience, and the baseball situation.

He didnt do that for scouts because he played at 270-275 last year.

That's still like saying a 6'7 qb should be a red zone te if he only played 1 season at qb. Haskins had 1 season, the baseball situation is what it is but hesw saying he's all in and he ended up being 5'10. The point is the Dolphins shot which they always do lame **** whatever is because they wanted the one loser team to take the chance which in reality is a shot at the Dolphins ans Murray but actual coaches and real scouts are showing those guys are morons jmo
