It’s looks like they’re going the 30 front/multiple route. All the guys connected are base 30 front guys.

I like the mixture of experienced guys and former players. Vance is ok to me I wanted desai or zimmer, i think we chose vance over rex cause of him coaching more recently in the nfl. But either way keeping our CP and dixon should make the transition smooth.

LOL good luck, kid. A first time QB coach in his 20's with an unsuccessful NFL career trying to coach up an egotistical head case with his own shadow coaching staff and entourage. Wilson is a cancer.

Vance Joseph is a really Good Defensive Coach, he & Greg Manusky were together with the Niners on Mike Nolan’s staff.

He also pretty much run a similar system to Vic Fangio & was well liked in the building by Elway during his time there when he was HC. Even though they fired him, but he’s still a highly regarded Coach by the Front Office.
