NEXT HEAD COACH

I can't take anyone serious who actually thinks Lane Kiffin should be hired to lead anything. He has failed EVERYWHERE he has been the leader. He is failing at FAU right now and is so bad at recruiting he is taking entire rosters from Jr Colleges.
Not a personal shot but where exactly has Kiffin failed at? The Raiders? Who hasn't been fired by the Raiders? Tennessee? He coached there 1 season. USC? They were on probation when he went there , and they sukk more since they been off probation. So again bro, where exactly did he fail?

The fact that Matt Campbell or some other proven program builder like Lance Leipold or Dino Babers isn’t number 1 on your list or posted anywhere but Manny Diaz is proves you’re no different than the current AD making decisions.

Great job making sure you put two guys who’ve been sanctioned and a P5 failure on there though.

Fired from Raiders
Left UT after one year. As a TN resident I can also tell you he was so lazy at recruiting they only had like 3 commitments before he left.
Fired from USC which is a job very similar to Miami. Don't forget his team was preseason #2 that year based on talent.
In his second year at FAU the team went from 11-3 to 5-7

So you tell me, where is the success and what he has done to warrant consideration for another P5 job and at Miami?

Meyer is the only name on this list that would be a great hire. But he is toxic right now and probably wouldn't take the job. Also outside of Miami target financially.

Butch Davis - It happened 16 year ago people, let it go

Kiffin - I don't think he has the personality to recruit fiercely year after year to take this program to next level, but he would be the second best in this list

Cristobal - hasn't proved to be good enough

Manny- see Cristobal

This is all well and good, but what will the list look like next year when there's a slightly better chance of replacement? Will Josh Heupel make the list?

I'm good with almost any name on your list, but it wont matter if the HC and AD aren't working to assemble an elite staff. If Mario brings his OL coach, and he stinks the joint up, they've got to be able to fire him and hire a guy that will keep the croots coming. We need a winning staff top to bottom. I'm not saying most expensive, but quality with an attacking scheme. Play fast in all 3 phases, and croot like a mother f*cker, the wins will come.

Again, who hasn't been fired by the Raiders? He landed Tennessee a top 10 class the one year he was there, and he was a blocked field goal away from knocking off eventual champ Alabama. Not to mention the Tennessee program was a mess thanks to Phil Fulmer. USC didn't even have enuff players to practice with while he was there, and again, what has USC done since he's been gone? And why bring up fau? C'mon now...

Were you really up there arguing for Lane Kiffin?

Guy had one of the best RB’s in CFB and lost 7 games.
USC didn't even have enough players to practice with dude! The Olinemen had to play on the Dline in practice! Look at all the 5 stars they got now and ain't even on probation yet they only won 5 games this season? Care to explain?

Clay Helton has wholeheartedly outperformed him on and off the field and he has one of the hottest seats in CFB. You have no argument.
