Kelvin has been on that podcast the whole season blaming players. One point he was saying Enos system was not the issue. Also there’s no time constraint when you get to the pros so can be in the building with ya coaches the whole night learning the playbook.

True but the main thing is an NFL coach will cut your a $$ in a heartbeat if you don't come mentally ready or focused on the job at hand.pros it's dog eat dog world only the alphas eat.

Are u talking recently? B/c are players from Dade/Broward haven’t done well in a min, not per our standards. Are some hanging around the NFL doing well for themselves like Duke, Burns, Hurns, Dorsett, and Perryman? Yes. But superstardom, no. (Ironically, they’ve all been Golden players, as well)

So who’s evaluating these players? Are these coaches not talking w their coaches? How does 15 recruiting classes, in a row, suck w discipline, work ethic, passion for the game, and preparedness? Furthermore, whats the odds that players from NV, CA, West Palm, Tampa, NJ, NY, CO all have this same distinction as Dade/Broward County kids?

I mean, I literally have a better chance of winning the lotto than for this trait to be shown by some 450 recruits we’ve had come & go since 2004 through 5 different regimes.

I think there’s a better explanation between the 5 said regimes that’s allowed the fence around the state to be toppled and destroyed, that’s also caused a lack of player development. The commonality has been either inexperienced or rigid in approach.
Coker: inexperienced;
Shannon: inexperienced;
Golden: rigid to his system;
Richt: rigid to his system;
Manny: inexperienced.
 
Kelvin also mentioned like I have said on numerous occasions is rid of the whole QB room and build from the Portal with TVD.

So instead of running a simple spread system where most coaches don’t even use play sheets, our idiot coaches try to install a Jon Gruden complicated system with an entire set of encyclopedias on their wristbands.

Cmon bro mark richt been coaching for 20 years his offenses at georgia were much more complex he could put in many schemes these kids cudnt execute. We still have questions abt players knowing the playbook
 
Just listened to it. The podcast took on another level when kelvin dropped the “is it ok if I curse?” Man, he went on a roll. Highlights:

- threw skill position guys (and their enabling family members) under the bus. Cited the lack of football acumen in dade county.

- could give 2 ***** about the QBs and thought we’d be better off if all 3 leave

- said the new kids are smart and are ballers

- called a lot of our fortnite playing players soft. Said the fiu players said we were soft

- said enos had Bama expectations of our players and could not reconcile that they didn’t.

- manny also blamed the dumb players. Manny is a moron, btw.

kelvin was great.
