Dumb rule.. and Perry decommited before recommitting. Richards last year. Kids decommit for different reasons, to leave talent off the board like that isn't a good strategy.

Richards decommitted when golden was fired and perry decommitted a couple months after rumph was here and then committed back in march

I wouldn't apply it as a blanket rule at all. I think it definitely depends on WHY they decommitted, which is something we usually don't get the full story on. Case by case basis.
