A lot of bad angles and poor effort by the defenders in these clips. But the more I watched, the more I appreciated his vision, balance through contact, and ability to get small and hit a crease.

He could walk into the locker room and be the fastest healthy guy on the roster right now.
10.6 would make him the fastest healthy or not. Chaney was 10.65, no way he ever runs that again between a hip and ACL. George was a 10.75. TS2 was 10.8.

I saw the same thing with the speed.
But I’ve noticed that taller smooth runners tend to be an optical illusion.
They don’t get caught but look slow while they’re doing it.
They look like they’re gliding out there.
Just cause someone is a “track guy” and has speed doesn’t mean that they’re running form is smooth.

Maybe some of the track experts on here can chime in and correct me if I’m wrong.

I don't have an issue with his speed. I just don't like that he bounces every single play outside. Can he find a small hole vs the better competition? Can he break tackles down low vs all these kids tackling up high. Can he stay healthy since he runs upright more than I'd like.
