MEGA New Miami Adidas Ultraboost🔥 - The Shoe and Nike/Adidas Thread.

One of these days ya’ll will start listening to me.

1. I told ya’ll Adidas is becoming Skechers, knocking off everything Nike does, including color schemes for University of Houston to rep The Houston Oilers:

2. I told u UTenn is Adidas’ new pride & joy, & will be having them as their priority.

& in case u’re wondering:

Adidas x UTenn: 40 items (strictly UTenn branded)
Adidas x Miami: 27 items (Miami branded) / 20 (General Adidas)

Fanatics x Adidas x UTenn: 178 items
Fanatics x Adidas x Miami: 121 items with the vast majority being several yrs old &/or repeat items.

Welp if they aren't stocking us up the negotiations may not be going well

Hey, don't tease us like that. As much as I would LIKE to believe we're going to flip back to Nike, I can admit that the writing is on the wall.

Unfortunately, the adidas fanboys won't admit that the "Miami ain't never gonna be an adidas flagship school like we were promised" writing is also on the wall.

I have mentioned this before but Nike focusing more on sports and athletes now and also kinda struggling may end up to be very good timing for Miami. As long as they don't go full ****** on the uniforms I don't care who signs with Miami as long as it's a very productive deal.

I am not impressed with what Adidas provides the fans. You guys do have a point.

Adidas stuff to Miami fans is complete bull****. It started with the zubaz **** they gave the players but didnt offer it to fans. That was complete horse****.

Adidas had a record year for global revenue in 2025. The CEO had his contract extended. Say what you want about their product lines vs. Nike, but the sales numbers tell a different story.

For the record, I prefer Nike gear over Adidas and it's not even close, quite frankly. But, Adidas is kicking NIke's **** right now in the only column that counts.

They had a record year FOR ADIDAS? Or they had a record year BEATING NIKE?

Because the two are very different.

And, again, all props to the adidas improvement. But it's also easier for #2 to set records for revenue.

they gate keep all the best gear for the coaches and players. it makes no sense.

adidas crushing it with their street wear again. theyve been kings at that even before.

the dumb thing is that they dont outfit their brands with their most popular products - sambas are hot and they dont sell a miami branded one?

Never had a Miami Yeezy either...

Meanwhile, Nike schools get all kinds of special Nike and Jordan colorways of current and classic models...

I’m referencing global revenue (I think U.S. sales were flat).

I understand the rivalry between Nike and Adidas first hand and better than most on this board. Trust me when I say the folks in Beaverton are not happy with Nike’s current performance and I’m sure all hands are on deck to reverse the current course.

Glad to see you know what you’re looking at also. Doesn’t seem there are many in this thread/fanbase even though the differences in uniform quality are like I said a few pages back, minor league compared to 1st ballot HOF
Brother, I am admittedly way too invested into the minutia of game used equipment but it’s been something I’ve paid attention to for decades. I’ve been meaning to take pictures of the 2014 nike player used jersey i have to compare it with the adidas player issued jersey i got to see up close in person at the fan expo for the national championship game this past season. The difference in quality and finish is quite surprising for two jerseys that were made 11-12 years apart. I sent the adidas pics to @Rellyrell and you can imagine his reaction lol. And mind you, if Nike were making the jerseys Miami is wearing right now, i would be equally as disappointed in them as i am with adidas. In my opinion, the on field product Miami wears on game day is lacking in many areas.
