Uh oh it may not only be Adidas who releases trash lol
Uniform hard⦠itās the helmet that throws it off. Nike does play with helmets too much but jerseys rarely not on point

To be honest I saw this guy on my feed and his videos are kinda relaxing. IDK why. I don't even like Jordans, at all. Nike runners I will wear for sure. My mom raised me to find deals, maybe that's why lol.He doesn't just go to one store, or just one city..But ok....I understand the generalization in the video, but like I said this guy isn't just a random. If he's trolling Jordan, that would be funny considering Id wager he has more Jordans than most here...
If you still live in Central Florida this guy can hook you up fam. Video after video going to outlets in Central Florida all the way up to Jax finding crazy deals. I think he looks at every **** shoe and charts it on his website or something like that. Not in your size, no problem, buy it, do a size exchange at another one. I wish this guy would do this for runners instead of Jordans. He might be in the sneaker culture for a while, but that video was ****.
"Oh, a shoe is on sale at my local JD Sports, please allow me to make a global generalization."
Maybe other shoe videos are this dumb, but I'm not watching as many of those as @ShadowSpring is. And apparently he is doing it to "troll" people, rather than make an informed purchasing decision.
I have not complained about our Adidas uniforms. I actually have 3 game used ones hanging on the wall. Fan merch, Yes. Playoff swag, Yes. That we appear to be railroaded into extending with Adidas, also Yes.Lmao. And if those were adidas weād be hearing how they ruined a classic uniform and designed something ugly. The red and black stripe is ugly. Period
Nike fanboys are so funny.
The Adidas vs Nike argument always just gets the wheels spinning in mud cause folks mainly only bring up the uni's but hardly the fan gear. If the adidas had better fan merch, we wouldn't be as annoyed with them lolI have not complained about our Adidas uniforms. I actually have 3 game used ones hanging on the wall. Fan merch, Yes. I was at a Jordan Brand sponsored school store last year and the merch was better than anything we have. I was on one of our fan store sites today. There is nothing on there that I am like, I better buy that before it is gone. Moreso, that shirt looks solid, but I wonder what the material is like before I buy a couple. Meanwhile, at said JB brand school, I would have filled a cart and needed a checked bag for the flight home...
In apparel protest, and to make @Rellyrell and @caneingville happy, I ordered some lulu slides for comfort. I will report back.

You must have literally never posted in this thread or the other gigantic adidas v Nike thread before or just ignore Toc/relly posts lmaofolks mainly only bring up the uni's but hardly the fan gear. If the adidas had better fan merch, we wouldn't be as annoyed with them lol
But will he wait in those lines for us is the question...My brother, I know where ALLLLLL the outlets in Orlando are. I don't need that guy for that.
Itās the stripe. The stripe is on the helmet and pants. Not good. But my point was how multiple here posted here to complain about adidas ruining the traditional units when they became the new sponsorā¦. Meanwhile Nike just releases this and crickets.Uniform hard⦠itās the helmet that throws it off. Nike does play with helmets too much but jerseys rarely not on point
I used to read this thread more often a long time ago, and I know where TOC/Relly stand with the fan gear. ****, that was a convo we were having 2 years ago after Michigan won the Natty lmao the difference in what Nike was offering vs what Adidas was offering was staggering. You must have literally never posted in this thread or the other gigantic adidas v Nike thread before or just ignore Toc/relly posts lmao
They should've got rid of the G and tried out putting UGA on it (ie: Fresno St)Uniform hard⦠itās the helmet that throws it off. Nike does play with helmets too much but jerseys rarely not on point
This is marketing 101, evening news probably in the gate keeper era perfected it but social media has allowed the everyday person to get in on action, heck it happens on this very board for decade plus, a poster can make a post or you can troll and get a hundred responses..The āsneaker cultureā has been sullied, bro. Iām not randomly saying this, sneaker purist have seen the clickbait guys go viral & have followed trends. One of my partners is a former marketing director for Nike & he highlighted the quickest way to build ur brand is to be controversial or tell half truths w zero context. Heās highlighted how players or schools switch brands all the time, but itās when itās a school or player that leaves Nike, thatās the biggest draw. Thatās the āNike has fallen offā viral videos, although the market share, data, sales say otherwise.
We talk all the time & its not just shoes, itās every topic:
Relationships:
How to build a successful relationship? Mid #ās
Women aināt ****? Viral
Men aināt ****? Viral
Wholesome Girl? Little Followers
Buss Down Tatiana? 500k+ Followers
Clothes:
Regular, put together outfit? Eh
Balenciaga Skirt for Men? Viral engagement
It is what it is; Iāve been to EYBL tourneys, been to the Nike pop ups during All Star Weekend, been to TOMA. Iāve seen fights break out over releases, Iāve seen kids begging for Nike to pick them, so I donāt go off what some accounts say. Iām led by data, inside info, & a level head that the hypebeast era is now dying down & itās back to the retail era where I could get any shoe I wanted w/o a 3rd party.

Once social media basically paid "content creators" for any type of engagement, it was over bro, lol.. Some of these guys have outrage marketing down to a $cience.. Outrage marketing get the best engagement and even if people know its troll post they still have to "interact"look like a car crash..
We are in the middle of evolution from that with clipping but the outrage era is soo deep to human psychology that its dam near evergreen![]()
They are betterI'm sorry, but adidas is coming out with better cleats and styles for youths and adults then Nike is. I mean I got football kids that rarely get Nike stuff anymore. I just got a brand new pair of cleats for my son and they look way better then anything I got from Nike.
I'm still a Nike fan I can't wear nothing but Nike that's how I was raised.
Can you imagine if Adidas sign Jordan?
If Jordan had signed with adidas like he wanted to, we'd never know who Phil Knight is, Oregon would still suck, and there would be no Nike fanboys insisting that everything Nike is better than anything by any other company.
The stripe?! The stripe is clean. And it sits on a pant that actually fits. Something adidas has not executed in 30 years of being in the sport. Have our players looking like plumbers out there picking up their pants.Itās the stripe. The stripe is on the helmet and pants. Not good. But my point was how multiple here posted here to complain about adidas ruining the traditional units when they became the new sponsorā¦. Meanwhile Nike just releases this and crickets.

Iām not a Nike fan boy. I donāt give a **** about fan gear. Donāt care about stock prices, running shoes, etc. I care about how our uniforms look. While adidas has finally given us a solid legacy uniform it is still leaps and bounds inferior to anything. that Jordan/nike puts out.
If you canāt see this, it is very hard to take the conversation seriously. The arguments on here go 100 different ways trying to say Nike vs adidas is better. I canāt speak to any of that, but as someone that can tell you how a uniform should be executed it is comical what adidas trots their schools out there with in 2026
