MEGA New Miami Adidas Ultraboost🔥 - The Shoe and Nike/Adidas Thread.

Some of u dudes r worst than LBJ Stans. U do know this color combo was chosen by the players, don’t u? U’re trying to compare a color combo w an actual uniform. Lmao. It’s like clockwork w u dudes, just like LBJ beat a 73 win team therefore he’s the GOAT. Lmao

Not really. We'll make the difference in sales and I'd be curious to hear the thoughts of the new leadership on campus. Having an alumnus & CPA running the school makes the evaluation of potential deals and impact on brand visibility different. I'm sure whatever Nike doesn't give in up-front $$$ can be recouped on back-end.
This is true. I literally am refraining from buying a Toney jersey because of three stripe but if it was swoosh it would have been done by now.

The Nike Y2K uniforms are the best in CFB history.

Not even from a fan perspective. The aesthetics are perfect.

The pant side stripe connecting to the jersey side stripe, which was an extension of the front and back pin-striping coming together in the jersey sleeves.

Colored deep-V collar design beveled off of the pin stripe.

No other uniform ever since has been so comprehensively designed for any program at any level.

Yeah, he was 100% cooked on that take. They were an instant hit even w/o the chips & win streak. It’s a beautifully designed uni. They could’ve said some other 2000 unis, but not the Y2K joints. I know players from other programs that were like those were the dopest unis.

I saw this dude posting all this three stripe anti swoosh **** and I was going to @ you but it’s Christmas lol

how has Adidas not signed Malachi to a monster deal already and made him one of their CFB stars?

B/c Adidas is a front running brand. U saw how they quickly forgot about Ward after it became evident that Hunter would win Heisman. U saw how quickly they gave Mendoza a NIL deal once they saw he was the front runner for The Heisman.

This is what they do, & have done.

Penn Stte to get a 300 million dollar deal and Tenn approximate $100 million from Adidas! Nike did not want to invest in The U during contract negotiations. Adidas is investing huge in South Florida High Schools and I hope a huge deal is coming for their most recognizable brand!

What does this even mean?

Every time I think I’ve read the dumbest porst on CIS, another misguided adidas fanboy comes out of the closet to make an even dumber porst…

I’ve never seen anything like it. ******* Calinative continuing to insist that adidas “just pays more” in spite of publicly-released contract numbers…up is down, left is right, hot is cold, adidas will keep its promises and pay us more money than Nike…

Alonzo Highsmith said “Miami is a Nike school” and no idiotic mistake by Beta Blake and/or co-signed by the MAs Brothers will ever change that.

1987. Never forget. No matter how some idiot poster tries to tell you that the 2000-2002 uniforms were trash…

& Adidas instantly regrets both deals. U guys gotta stop looking at bold #’s. U keep doing the same **** every single time. There’s a reason Adidas stay stuck in #2; it’s called bad investments.

Jerry Lorenzo got paid “big $$” + a **** ton of promises to leave Nike for Adidas, too. In fact, Jerry’s biggest contribution to Adidas was convincing them to get rid of the word script on their logo. Now? He’s gone & the collab was a bust.

I really suggest u & others stop doing this b/c the vast majority of u, & this is no offense, don’t know **** about these apparel contracts & how the financials works.

Adidas made Miami's uniforms from literal trash...Can't make this **** up...
Another case of "People just not getting the overall concept". Do you understand WHY Miami out of all the schools in the Adidas stable got those uniforms? The Parley program was done to not only emphasize the concept of recycling, it was something designed to be tied in with the Rosenstiel School. The program got a ton of press and it served as a fundraiser for the school itself(The game worn jerseys were auctioned, and Adidas made a significant donation to Rosenstiel)

Recycled materials were used for the uniforms, but contrary to popular belief, it wasn't typical household garbage. It was fishing nets, and other material that could be recycled into performance wear.

It won't. This board overestimates how cheap our fanbase is and has always been. Even when times are great, our fanbase cheaps out on merch, especially compared to peer institutions.

Do you know the respective royalty scales for both Nike and Adidas?

Who do you consider "peer institutions'?

Cool.

They look like actual garbage despite what they are made from.
