Anyone else notice how insanely doctored this tape is? When he throws, the tape goes from normal speed to 'turbo' to make it seem like he's throwing rockets. I hate that ****.

Parr's arm is strong. I've seen him play and practice several times. Smart kid who doesn't make a lot of glaring mistakes.
