That was painful, BUT he altered ND defense for the rest of the game. Unlike ND's sorry a... coaching staff, our sorry a... coaching staff could NOT make adjustments and take advantage of the field length cushions ND dbs were giving him after that. All that empty space and Coley, of wait, Jed couldn't slip a TE of RB in there for a pass.

Nebraska fans are very nice people. Huge fan base who travel well. Canes can cover and Nebraska is beatable. Lets just hope this coaching staff puts together a good plan. Otherwise, this COULD be the beginning of the end for Golden. Hopefully we get a big win on the road.
 
Please refresh my memory as to Alfreds record against ranked teams that aren't going to finish the year 4-8?

met a lot of them at the 1994 orange bowl and the 2001 rose bowl. a lot nicer group than most of our fans.

I am pulling for us but as others have accurately stated... we haven't beaten a decent team since this regime has been in power. I am a golden supporter (or at least still hoping for his success) but these guys need a signature win. this would be a good win for this team.

Abdullah will run for over 200, we make their qb look elite, we fail to convert on 3rd down, duke gets stuffed at the line of scrimmage, and Coley calls another atrocious game.

Sunshine pumpers need to realize that THE BODY OF WORK is what Golden is judged on. Winning a game this saturday means nothing if he turns around and then loses to a Virginia, North Carolina, or Duke.

These are all opponents Miami should consistently beat. None of us that want Golden gone are going to complain when we lose to FSU...but for the love of God we're in the ACC Coastal. It's a disgrace that it's year 4 and we still haven't won the **** thing...that alone is a fire-able offense.

We have never won the Coastal. UNC would have won in 2012 but they were on probation. We would have backed in, but we self-imposed. PS - there are tears on my keyboard.
 
I just want our boys to show a little mettle. Nebraska will win but if we can stay within 1-2 scores within 5 minutes of kickofff, I will be pleased.

Nebraska fans are some of the nicest most educated fans around. Nothing like **** fans
 
Every single time I stop really caring about this season because we suck, I read an opponents' message board and get upset at how ****y they are. Most NU fans think they're going to stomp us. And, while they very well could, it still ****es me off. Thanks, Fat Al.
