If Lawrence played they win comfortably. Alot of those early drives they settled for FG's are TD drives with Lawrence. Credit ND tho, they won this game with their OL and a mobile QB.

Do you think that somewhere there's an DomerInsight where their mopes are saying that Miami scored 47 on Louisville and would boatrrace them?

In that game, they were like a deer caught in the headlight. The whole team. They have come far since then and our defense is not as good as that year allowing too many points.
 
Clemson is every one of their opponent's Super Bowl. Every single week Clemson is going to get their opponent's best effort. Clemson can usually beat their opponent even in an off week because there is such a talent difference between Clemson and their opponents. Notre Dame recruits nationally and had good talent on that team. They played a diminished Clemson team playing without their best offensive player (Lawrence) and one of their best defensive players (Skalski), and then Bresee went down and it still took two OTs for ND to win the game.
 
We are NOT at ND level of play 1-2 years we will be.

They’re way over our head in field presence and focus abilities, we still need to fortify our mental game.

Example : Kings mentality is way above ND it would be wise to emulate King .

Hard to do because these kids would have give all there private lives EVERYTHING they enjoy you cannot be exalted till you exalt others and your work ethics.

DUMP - PRIDE TO WIN , replace it with love passion and sacrifice like King obviously puts into practice.

You are right, they shot their load. It's like that in college football. Once one plays a big game like that one, teams seem to not play to their ability the next. Covid 19 aint going to help notre shame after the fans stormed the field. We'll see.

My hot take is ND will lose 1 or maybe 2 more games. Next week vs BC they will lose. Coming of a high and BC will be ready. Especially the BC qb. being a transfer from ND.

what’s not being said is that Clemson is vulnerable and not as invincible as predicted to open the season.

Inferior teams are scoring on them.

with covid-roulette going round... if they lose some offense players a game here/there they could be losing more games.

this season is a roulette game.
 
Clemson had the game won with 1.5 minutes left. Defense choked and let ND March down 90+ yards for a TD
