Raise your hand if you had even heard of the school Saint Peters 2 weeks ago. Wow!

Lol you have to see the “campus” it’s a city block with 1/2 of it being a parking garage and the basketball gym. I got my teaching license there and the Middle School I work at is larger.

Older hoops fans from the greater NYC/Tri-State area are well aware of St Peter's. When the previous Madison Square Garden (the one at 50th & 8th Ave) was the mecca of college basketball with regular, sold out college "doubleheaders," St Peter's, along with St John's, Fordham, Manhattan, NYU, LIU, Seton Hall, etc. faced the best of college teams from throughout the rest of the country.

As for this current run, think either UNC or UCLA (whoever is tonight's winner) will have an easy path to the Final Four when they play St. Peter's on Sunday. Doesn't take away from the Peacocks amazing accomplishments, especially the terrific OT win over Kentucky in the opening round.
