Even with the sanctions, Narduzzi would be a fool to not take the MSU job if hired. Ceiling at MSU is a CFP appearance (from what we've seen), but I'm not sure what the ceiling at Pitt even is. Winning the coastal occasionally?

Fickell would be better off staying at UC. He can make them into a perennial challenger for the AAC, and a top G5 program.

if I’m him, I wait for Ohio State, Notre Dame, or Penn State to come open. Those are really the only programs where he can win more than staying put.
