IMHO the Kaaya/Berrios connection will be as memorable as the Colt McCoy/Shipley connection, the difference being I believe we have tons more additional WR and RB talent to complement them. This offense is going to be insane. Hope it's sooner than later

Go canes.

Great info. It sounds like a remarkably low number of kids who have yet to flash anything yet. I'm very excited about Young/Owens, and I'm scared to get excited about Courtel but so many people are saying good things it's hard not to.

David Njoku "The areas he struggled with (blocking, route-running) will improve with time"

If this doesn't improve enough with a redshirt, do you see the experiment at Lb moving out of the Lab and into practice? Njoku didn't seem too pleased about it but might come around. Where do you think is his best position, TE or Lb?

A future lb core o Owens, Young and Njoku could make offense **** their pants.

Do you believe Courtel has the strength to hold up against our ACC Coastal competition: Va Tech, UNC, etc...?

I was skeptical of expecting Wyche to come in and dominate as many predicted, especially without spring practice.

Awesome stuff D, in terms of role I really think Juwon can play similarly to Brandon Spikes/Dont'a Hightower in college. Not guys you want in coverage on third down but both had some pretty bright spots rushing the passer (some liked Hightower as a 3-4 sam in the NFL), and I recall you mentioning Juwon playing sam a while back (when he committed, I think). Him, Grace and Owens can be really scary in pass situations between the coverage of the other 3 and all 3's ability to get to the QB.

I loved Courtel as a prospect and it's great to see him excelling so early. His jump from junior to senior season was amazing. No overly surprising about Wyche, he didn't show much of any technique at JUCO and played high a lot. Really high upside because he is pretty quick for his size but I liked Heutelou a bit more coming in.

The biggest takeaway from the past two classes is that there seem to be very few JAG's.
