My 2016 Staff

HC Rob Chudzinski
TE Mario Cristobal (Assistant head coach. Key to Staff)
QB/OC Ken Dorsey (QB coach Carolina Panthers.)
WR Kevin Beard (Stays on staff for recruiting ties)
OL Mike Sullivan (Chud's college roomate. Currently with Titans)
RB John Settle (RB coach at Wisconsin. On Chud's staff in Cleveland)

DC Todd Grantham (Was on staff with Chud in 2007. Hates Louisvlle)
DL Kevin Patrick (Former USF DL coach. Great recruiter. Currently at North Texas)
LB Mike Barrow (Seattle Seahawks LB coach)
DB Mike Rumph (Head coach American Heritage. 3 straight titles)

Barrow an Cristobal are ELITE recruiters.

Would be best offensive coaching staff in ACC by far.

Grantham is considered one of the best in the biz.

Secondly, how many times, HOW MANY GODDAM TIMES does it need to explain to ye of the no brain cells that you don't hire coaches bc they are ace recruiters. WE NEED COACHING HERE, NOT SALESMEN TWEETERS.

Saban won't take **** from S. FL if UM hires a competent HC who wins football games. That **** will dry up quicker than an old lady's ***** if UM starts winning football games.
 
My dream staff:

Butch Davis as HC and whoever he wants for the rest of his staff....

What about ed reed for db coach?

I like the staff but I'd take Leavitt at dc and Grantham if Leavitt won't come. I really don't care if mario is on the staff this non sense about coach in waiting has to stop.

That's fine. He's in charge of ALL Miami athletics S&C anyways. If Butch comes get Moffit back and keep Swasey the **** away from the football team!

Butch DEFINITELY isn't coming back if this is the staff he has to work with. Thanks a lot, OP.
 
Herman.. The guy will build a winning staff and we will not have to second guess assistants that have ties to our program. He's hungry and will put the proper staff in place to help him win a Natty. Would love to see Herman come and snag Barry Odem the DC for Mizzou.
