As funny as it sounds for you guys always questioning the university's commitment now and where things have changed, this actually shows alot. Previously we've always used a basic ****** catering company for our regular meals. (Good quality like Palacio de los juego or food by the pound. Yambos etc. just trash food that was good for nothing but getting us through team meals. NOW we have a staff of private chefs. 8 in the off-season, 12 in season and support. I'm sure our food bill has been substantial. A partnership with any company trying to provide quality for those chefs shows it's not changing any time soon.
