Smith and Bethel proved they were not fully committed to the program.

Manny is working day and night to upgrade the culture of said program and weeding out the weak, good times' boys is a must as they are a cancer.

As a player knowing that every other player on the roster has your back is a must and spreads an esprit de corps that breeds champions!

Regarding those concerned, the Smith/Bethel surrender/retreat will cause depth issues, please remember that nothing from nothing equals...nothing!
