I was just reading around their 247 board. They do not seem at all concerned about the old coaches coming back. In fact, they believe the only one who may return to coach the game is Charlie Weiss , the OC. Apparently the new OC, John David Baker, was in the booth with Weiss the other night so they believe the transition will be seamless.

Looking at this from a honest and neutral perspective, Ole Miss is in the wrong. My heart feels for them as I would hate for Miami to be in this situation during a playoff run. But right is right and wrong is wrong.

On the flip side, I would also hate for Miami’s new Head coach, staff and especially the OC from recruiting during this important portal window. Why does Ole Miss get to keep our coaches and recruit the same portal players we are after?

At the end of the day those coaches work for LSU and they have the right to look out for their best interests.

The Ole Miss administration told Kiffin to hit the road putting the assistant coaches in a tough spot....easy to say you’re still coaching the game when you’re employed by someone else, staring at the transfer portal, etc. And then you add ego trip Kiffin tweeting comments, still blabbing to the media etc. makes for a ridiculous situation.

I will say this, the school players alumni are all rallying around Golding and the players have done a great job keeping their focus and using lanes departure/abandonment as fuel

Not sure if Alabama is currently or in 4 years a more desirable job. Personally I’m taking the U as best job possible. After that, many consider LSU to be the best job.
