it’s ok to take Dilly with a season as co OC BUT not Bandy who knows this system as well as Diaz, just like Dilly and Norvell? I call bull.

Banda is a lazy hire. We need someone who either excels at recruiting or coordinating. Banda is a solid recruiter, but he doesn't cherry pick 5 stars like Corey Raymond. Raymond (getting raise to 800k) as playcalling DC and Banda (with raise) as co-DC, that might work. Figure Raymond would find HC job in 2 years if successful, then Banda can get promoted in house.
