I text my boy and he's a huge jet fan and he's excited. I shot him this text back

you notice that being a jets and a Miami hurricane fan that the best moments and the happiest moments are when our teams are not playing it's always the off season where we talk ourselves into them thinking they're going to be good and we know the truth that they're not then as soon as they start playing we f****** hate them again

Am I the only that picked up on this years ago about myself and liking a organization with no direction and leadership in sight?
