Mike Rumph is a solid coach of cornerbacks. He was an abysmal recruiter and DB coach needs to be able to recruit his position. You can't swing and miss on every single kid you coached as a high schooler. Thats unacceptable.

Well ****! I expected Diaz to get rid of Searels, Lil Jon, Brown, and Gus. I did not think he would gun down the entire offensive staff, though I am glad he did.

Now it's starting to potentially bleed over to the defensive side of the ball? Diaz has tasted blood and has transformed into a **** lock jaw pitbull, that refuses to let go until all mediocrity has been neutralized. This ma****er is not playing around!

Where’s your post about bringing Ray Lewis to be DC?

I don’t give a **** what u say. **** at this point our HC doesn’t have any HC experience either but Ed Reed and Ray Lewis are 2 of the greatest to EVER play the game at their respective positions. It would be extremely hard for any DB to say no to being coached by the greatest Safety to ever play & the same goes for LBs with Ray Lewis. Just let them coach their positions. There would never be a half-*** day at practice with those two on the staff and the Pre-game and Halftime speeches from Ray would be Epic.

I'll know this well get neg but the optics of it. 1st Rumph deserves to be fired for missing out the 2 Heritage CB, so if Rumph is fired worthy what the **** has Panda and Patke done to stay other then previous relationship? LB play has been horrible and who's the LB coaches

Not sure the hate on Rumph. Good coach. Let Banda handle the recruiting. Not every good coach is an ace at recruiting. Like someone said, get rid of Patke and keep Rumph. We don’t even know if Patke can coach let alone recruit!
