Yall are overly impressed with Leach beating Oregon when Oregon is just an overrated team that benefits from a down year in the Pac-12 where USC & Washington have lost a bunch of great players to the draft & haven't replenished yet.

Wash St will get their asses handed to them later this season like they always do. What's both hilarious & sad is why you guys fall in love with these mediocre coaches for the dumbest reasons.

I want a new OC more than most on this board, but Miami is a program that's trying to upgrade to Conference & playoff contention on an annual basis, neither Leach nor Wario are Championship caliber coaches.

When the time comes to replace Richt whenever he moves on, Wario, Leach, Butch (yeah I said it) are not the answer fellas. These are all downgrade hires.

To say Mario is a corch is strictly your opinion in which you're entitled to doesn't mean your right. Mario is in his first year as head coach no one knows what type of coach he'll turn out to be.

I agree he's a weird guy, but what SF receiver wouldn't want to play for him in Miami? Ok just cut Richt's paycheck in half and hire the Pirate to run the offense, lol. Let Richt ***** around with his special teams. It's just a week off conversation, I know he's never coming here. Just ****ed that this team lost to a horrible Virginia team that we should have beaten by 4 TD's.

Wario got fired from a Sun Belt school though. Most P5 coaches excel at the level which allows them to move up into the P5 level. It's not like Cristobal was taking talent at FIU and having to go against Alabama on a regular basis. He underperformed.

Plenty. If you don't think the personality of a coach comes into play during recruiting, then I don't know what to tell you.

By the way, the finesse passing team that can't run the ball with a lead has given up 20 straight points to make it a one-possession game.

For sure. I hate Richt more than anyone on here lol. I am probably more dissappointed than anyone else here. But most guys would not want to play for someone like that lol. If he started winning NCs they would suck it up and play for him, but right now the other cooler coaches would recruit circles aroun dhim.

Yeah, you're an excuse maker. Facilities help out Oregon, but Cristobal is one of the best recruiters in the country. These kids aren't looking to hang out in facilities all day every day. Again, Eugene and Pullman are not that different from one another. Leach isn't a good recruiter because of his personality. Cristobal has a much more likeable personality.

But you honestly think Leach is going into the inner city and battle (effectively) all of the blue chip programs in South Florida. That's hilarious.

Now this is just my opinion. I've been out west here for 6 years now. Been all over CA, WA, OR In general the kids are tougher on the east coast, that's why eastern parts of the country win a championship almost every year. Cristobal will never win a championship out here neither would Saban. with the way he likes to call games. Now I said in general. The entire population is tougher on the east half of the country. JMO Midwest and TX tough too. West coast, nah! IN GENERAL! JMO
