Exactly he can Line up inline and just run routes and not necessarily block.Langham definitely has the size to play TE. 6'4" probably 230, linebackers wouldn't be able to guard him he's too fast.

Also another thing i was thinking is if you need to run double tight end set on goal line put another lineman on there to block as your 2nd “tight end”. That should work too...
I think Jordan will be able to block in that situation as well. Much is made about Jordan receiving skills but he was a very good blocker in highschool tooExactly, on the goal line go with Langham, and use another tackle as the other TE.
The three linebackers got thrown right in a couple years ago and it worked out great, wouldn't be surprised if it is the same for Jordan and Mallory.
In the meantime more 4 WR sets until these two are ready to go. Bring in a 6th OL on the goal line.

Isn’t Njoku 225?Langham is the only viabale option. Evidence way way too skinny, Choc is our starting fullback, & we need Patchan at DE.
Miami isn’t an NFL team. NFL rosters limit 53 NCAA is 85.We have 3 healthy TE’s on the roster currently. How many does a NFL team typically carry?
No doubt!!! I think Polandy needs to get reps as a blocker. Maybe makes us a little more predictable of pass vs run, but there's no way these freshman are going to come in and block LSU DEs. At least not one on one. Perhaps change the scheme where the TEs only double team with the OT. That would remove blocking vulnerabilities and disguise running plays better.****, I know the Freshman have talent but this is not good news. He was likely our starter Sept 2nd. I trust the Freshman as receivers but have some concerns on their blocking ability in their first college game
I’m just saying in short yardage situations on obvious run downs, put another lineman in thereSounds good in theory, but an in-line TE is usually the best blocker on the line, it's not a dumping ground for OLmen. Despite the injury to MI2, I think we'll be alright with the 3 we have.
Both njoku and langham are 225 plusIsn’t Njoku 225?
Hope so, but I don't see it. Big kid, but I don't think He has that physicality...would've been bussin' heads on STs by now if He was physical.
What do you think Langham before Njoku in case of an emergency at TE?Both njoku and langham are 225 plus
Choc can still be a FB and an Hback. We do not use a FB that much. He just needs to learn 2 positionsLangham is the only viabale option. Evidence way way too skinny, Choc is our starting fullback, & we need Patchan at DE.
