Hey everyone, I haven't been keeping up with many threads as of late because I've been busy with work and what not. As for the game, I am a season ticket holder and I never got a chance to purchase tickets nor was I ever even contacted about it. Does anyone know if they'll have a regular sale for the game so I don't have to pay overpriced tickets on stubhub or any other place.

Thank you

Not true.

If you are season-ticket holder you were contacted via email. If you want to ask where you can get tickets, fine. Just don’t lie. And the only place you’re going to get tickets now is from StubHub or secondary sellers, such as people selling individual tickets

You better call asap, you might get lucky due to refunded tickets from the date change.

Ummmm. okay? If you really are going to tell me what I have revived via email... but thank you for the feed back.

Yea I would call the ticket office immediately because with the date change people that can no longer make it are refunding their tickets back to UM. You might get lucky, depending on your tier priority. Good Luck.

Look, if you’re a season ticket holder you received an email.

If for some reason didn’t get an email, then you have grounds, right now, call them and say they they owe you at least two tickets at face value. But you know what? You won’t, because you’re not a season ticket holder.

Look, this particular poster regularly attacks other UM posters, talks out of his ******, and is generally negative about everything.

I have spoken to several people who are season ticket holders and/or Hurricane Club members who did not receive an e-mail, some of whom are active in the Alumni Association. While it might be the case that spam filters caught the e-mail before you ever saw it, it's also very possible to imagine that the incompetent Athletic Department that "accidentally" sent out an incorrect mass e-mail on the day tickets went on sale to Tier 2 might have also used an incomplete e-mail address file for the original e-mails.

Unfortunately, the disastrous primary sale of game tickets is over, but check with UM to see if any tickets have been refunded and made available once again, and then check on the secondary sites.

Good luck.

best advice for the future? create a twitter and follow all the UM accounts. they'll often post stuff on there telling you to check your inboxes or mail for any news.
Or maybe visit this site more often because it was talked about for weeks ahead of time.

LOL..you’re in love with me.

You’re twisting like a little hoe about what is obvious.

If this guy is an actual season ticket holder, then I guarantee you if he calls and says he didn’t get an email, and they actually did not send him an email, they’ll get him tickets. That’s the answer.

You do attack people

Lying is the only scenario possible? Not that he mistakenly marked the email as spam? Not that he uses some old email server that automatically sorted it into his junk mail? Not that his kid accidentally deleted the email without his realizing? Not that his ex-wife cancelled his season ticket package without informing him as some sort of petty revenge? Not that when he filled out his season ticket package at the office he miswrote his email, or it was improperly transcribed? Not that there's an error in the system and his contact info got screwed up? Not countless other scenarios; it must be a lie?

Not that he ordered season tickets three days after the UF game tickets went on sale?

All those scenarios are possible. But how likely are they? It’s not just one email the athletic department sent, but several. I probably received at least 3 or 4 emails regarding the game and ordering. Probably more.

And if somehow he was left off the email list, then in all likelihood they would make good his ticket request with some tickets. It’s very easy for them to check and see if he was sent an email.

Maybe I’m just a cynic, but the internet is all about lying and posturing, imo.
