Spots are tight , ov’s are VERY tight. They’ll be very picky because of both. They have time to get numbers down but there won’t be any Gore like takes.Or or or.... If he didn't ask for an absurd amount of money?

Pretty sure it’s by fall camp.Been wondering, when does Miami have to get down to 85?
Doesn't necessarily mean he got offered the same price he wanted from us....Seemed like a reasonable number to Georgia.
At this point in Mario's tenure you should just expect more questions than answers and accept it. No sense really asking why anymore. Why did we choose to keep dead weight on the roster with spots being so tight?
Is gore going to be on the squad next yr. Hopefully not. I was surprised more fat wasn't trimmed in the first portal waveSpots are tight , ov’s are VERY tight. They’ll be very picky because of both. They have time to get numbers down but there won’t be any Gore like takes.

Could be taking the trim it when needed approach or they know of X number of guys who are already moving on after the Spring so they know they have X number of spots they can fill by summer camp. Why did we choose to keep dead weight on the roster with spots being so tight?
This! UGA was tampering early. He threw a crazy number out there, that he knew we wasn't gonna get to. He didn't get close to that amount from them. Homie tried to make us overpay for his services. Our own player tried to get us to pay a "suck tax", to keep him. Bruh...Doesn't necessarily mean he got offered the same price he wanted from us....
You could have some players who stay the spring semester in order to get their degree from Miami.Could be taking the trim it when needed approach or they know of X number of guys who are already moving on after the Spring so they know they have X number of spots they can fill by summer camp.
I believe this decision came down to NIL allocation. Just like the NFL teams that let high priced free agents walk and look for cheaper repalcements in the draft.Maybe you wouldn’t have to replace Colbie Young if you'd kept Colbie Young.
If kids have a 4 year scholarship, you can’t just kick them off the team. You can encourage them to transfer for playing time, but if a player no longer cares about playing time because he shifted his priority and now he wants his degree, then you need to let him stay and get his degree. Why did we choose to keep dead weight on the roster with spots being so tight?
Lol crazy we couldn't even get a discovery discount. I mean, he at least owe it to Alonzo Highsmith for finding him. This! UGA was tampering early.
