Here's what 247's Andrew Ivins wrote about Davis last week when he was ranked as the top performer at the Florida Fire Showcase...

It was the Camron Davis show Saturday inside North Miami Stadium. The Carol City running back took more reps than anyone else at the event and simply impressed, making catch after catch out of the backfield. The highlight of the day for him probably came in one-on-one's when he flew past a cornerback and snagged an overthrown ball with one hand over his shoulder. Wisconsin and Oregon offered the former Oregon State commit last week. LSU and Ohio State will visit his school sometime next week.

Miami offered Cameron Davis today.

Thanks for the post. He has run an official 100m back last March 2016 in 11.06. He was on the 4 x 100 relay ( all footballers) that had the best time at CC since 2000. De'Andre Wilder anchored it.

Yes for 2019. He is also a sprinter on the track team. Just started running HS track this year and in only three meets posted an 11.22. He is also headed for the national elite standard of 10.80 as is Davis.
