Dude needs to be on the track team.
This isn’t a dude that just wants to be in another sport and we have to please him/parents. He’s a potential D1 champion contender and Olympic hopeful.
I know that won’t pay like a 1st round pick. But the dude has worked and spent serious time in that craft and I feel he should be given that opportunity unless he doesn’t care about it anymore.

I am curious who we will pivot our target to while still pushing for Cooper. I'm not exactly upset with who we have committed. Mallory has performed very well at the camp circuit and Bama was pushing hard for him. We still need to pair him with another blue chip back if we can in this class tho.

My concern is lack of consistent elite recruiting at DT and Safety. Think we need more volume at WR too.

Not if the check ain’t better somewhere else. Give me the check and $$$ over a roster. And the belief in myself that I can run behind anything. Is it a smart choice? Yes cause your family is first and you are an injury away from that $$$ going away.

Hard to argue with that. Especially since we’ve seen RB’s go down every year. Also we do know you CANT just run behind anything. You may have some good days, but if the OL in trash. Your stats will suffer.

Wouldn't shock TrumpyCane if they don't settle with Mallory if they can't land a big fish at RB

I would agree. I’m not sure how these new revenue sharing deals are going to work in relation to portaling moving forward but I would assume Hellcat is on that line depending on how much he plays. Fletcher should probably declare to get out of the way that will leave Brown, Pringle, and Lyle and Mallory.

All of this is speculation at this point tho. Think you need minimum 5 in the room and 6 if we are smart with how Mario uses RBs
