From the count here
Our blue chip percentage is 49% with 42/85 Blue Chip Players.

Theres some transfers or low rated players who should be 4 stars but currently not such as Restrepo, Anez Cooper and Simeon Barrow but even then it wouldnt change the ratio much.

Restrepo, Barrow, Alston, Powell, Porter, Cooper - all have performed at high levels and are not considered blue-chippers.

Bell and McCoy, even Kinsler are highly regarded non blue-chippers.

McConathy and Pruitt look like ballers below blue-chip status.

Roster is light-years better in talent and body-types than any in recent memory. Just need to hang on to Nickel (qb) and add some db's and the transformation will be complete from a talent standpoint. Development and on-field coaching could complete the metamorphosis.
