The schedule has been official released but of course CanesInSight.com is always the first to break stories, I just wanted to mention that!! Also i feel that the month of October will either make or break the season for the Canes. 3 rivalry games in FSU, Norte Dame and if you want to included Virginia Tech. Miami only getting two days to prepare for Virginia Tech isn't very good but Miami will get Nine days to prepare for Norte Dame.

Week 1 FAMU - WIN
Week 2 FAU - WIN
Week 3 @ Appalacian St WIN
Week 4 Bye
Week 5 @ Georgia Tech WIN
Week 6 FSU LOSS
Week 7 UNC LOSS
Week 8 @ VT Thrusday LOSS
Week 9 @ Norte Dame LOSS
Week 10, 11 or 12 either @ Virgina, Pitt @ Home and i don't know the other team. WIN, WIN
Week 13 Duke LOSS

So I'm guessing somewhere around 7 wins IMO

Should be a bowl eligible year. Sun Bowl wouldn't surprise me, and I'd be fine w that...want to win that **** bowl one of these days!!!

Weak post. Guessing the schedule 30 minutes before the ACC releases it is breaking news now......Lock it up. Great insight --- October will make or break us ---- -incredible......

I still can't over the fact that we are travelling to Boone, NC.

Agreed.

I cannot fathom the rationale there. No self-respecting power 5 team would schedule an away game with App St...and it has NOTHING to do with how good that have been or can be..

I know...it must have been a scheduling snafu where we were desperate to replace an away game...but still, I just can't believe there weren't other options.

Nothing good comes from this match up for UM.

UM

My family lives in Charlotte so I'm pumped

But I do agree shouldn't have happened

Weeks 6-9 will tell a lot about coaching difference between new staff and old staff.

Should take at least two of those games. Finish with 10 wins

Actually bodes well for Miami, it gets the offense and defense a chance to get in a good rhythm to prepare for the October gauntlet

7 wins, really?

10 wins at minimum, book it

Haha I appreciate your optimism, friend, but 10 wins would be quite a jump

We're not at Clemson, FSU, UNC, or Notre Dame's level in the ACC as it stands today. Fact is we can't recruit the kind of depth they are able to recruit

This was an 8 win team last year. We have big ??? at multiple positions aside from QB

I think ppl should be more realistic w their expectations and support the team

Miami has more talent than anyone they play outside of Fsu and Clemson
