Mario is currently 51, 10 year contract w/o extension puts him at 61, by then the market for a big time coach would likely be in the 11-12 range.

10 years is a long time, but honestly, we pretty much knew the BOT and some prominent boosters were big on Mario. And they were going to make sure they were going to get him.
