Miami Central vs Hoover(AL) Game Thread

Most of these South Florida schools "seem" out coached in these big games against major programs from out of state.

**** man, schools like Hoover have big time booster involvement...they freakin recruit players like Bolles in Jacksonville and can pay coaches on a different level. This game is truly like UM v. U*** when comparing the ability to toss $$ around.

UM

Wouldn't be surprised if FIU, FAU, UCF, South Florida and maybe a few schools come calling for RB Cedric Miller...kid has good pad level, vision and ok speed...

So, Mike James 2.0?

Could be....they had another RB who played for Central that wore #8 that wasn't heavily recruited at first then blew up during the season...... Devonte Freeman, and u see how that turned out

Seen a lot of HS football openers. Central worst special teams I have ever saw. Central can use a real OC too. Even last year I thought their OC won because of talent.

Score, please? A small summary would be appreciated. Thanks

7-6 starting 2nd half.

Central running back has like 120 yards. They've moved it well. Had 2 punts and an extra point blocked. Hoover had 1 long pass after a blocked punt for a score. Other than that, Central has looked much more talented.

Phillips looks good with the ball in the air but............ there seems to be boom or bust with him. I like him and I saw some plays in this game b idk i he has really big explosion to get the seperation I like in my wr. Now I can see him being a stud wr at the same time with the ball skills but I can also see him disappointing
