Miami beats the Cuse... well....

You forget we have one of the highest paid rosters, evaluated and recruited by Mario, better facilities and more investment than ever….essentially the program everyone has wanted. And we’re right back to struggling to win 10 back to back. And likely looking at an 8, maybe 9 win season. At least the last 20 years we could say it was bad because we couldn’t pay with the top teams.
you guys can't comprehend a post I suppose

I'm not praising mario

I'm saying the people saying he should be fired are retarded

there is in fact a difference

I was at the game. Trader doesn’t have his head in the game. Very disappointing to see how he responded to his opportunity to start
Was he not trying or something? Seems like he ran the wrong route a few times and obviously dropped a few balls.

to contrast my point you include Mario's ten win season lmao

I said nothing about a pat on the back. I said that him getting fired like the gameday thread is full of and some on here are screaming for is just idiotic
And to dismiss the facts and point to reactionary gameday poRsts is even dumber.

Like cmon now. What are we even doing?

We will pull out wins in the next two, there will be enough losses ahead of us that if we win we should be in the playoff and we will lay an egg against Pitt. Book it.
Had family over and didn’t get to watch, but I looked at the drive chart. It was abysmal, penalties at terrible times, a pick that was negated by a penalty, and the reality is a team with a pulse will feed off the momentum and we will lose again. Bummer, but it feels like a simulation at this point.
I’ll watch the condensed game when it comes out, but the drive chart seems to eerily match the Stanford one…

I dont know what we're doing

all I said is the people calling for him to be fired are dumb

I'm not praising him -- which you're trying to make it seem like I am

I guess you can't distinguish the difference between me saying he shouldn't be fired and me saying he did a great job

I am not saying he did a great job

Should he be fired today? I wouldn’t advocate for it. But if Mario loses the next 3 games would it still be stupid to say he should be fired?

Mario’s seat should be warming up given the fact that he continues to lose games to teams where he is a double digit favorite.

IF he loses three more games to double digit underdogs - yeah of course

but are we doing here making up Hilarious scenarios to get the HC fired

if that happens then sure, if we go 10-2 though, there will still be people in here saying he should be fired

6 losses as a double digit favorite is a lot in 4 years.
0 ACC championship game appearances
0 bowl wins
And his November record is damning.

Not to mention MTSU, GT in 2023, and of course Syracuse last year after leading 21-0.

He should be on the hot seat and one more loss to a double digit underdog should be enough to fire him.

But it probably doesn't even make his seat warm at this point.

We're not a serious program anymore. We're "win with Mario or give up". Which isn't how championship programs are made up.

10 win season last year without an ACCCG or playoff with the #1 pick and #1 offense in the country. Mismanaged against both GT and Syracuse.

I’m thinking 8, maybe 9 wins this year with a top 5 NIL roster and 2 1st round picks along with another possible (K Scott is gonna go pretty high with the season he’s having). Again no ACCCG or playoffs.

Next year a very real possibility of a “rebuild” year needing probably around 17 out of the portal again (which calls into question his talent eval).

Yeah I’d say his seat needs to be warm going into next year.

anymore? are you talking about back in 2003 and are just now realizing how we've been since?

were we a serious program under Shannon, golden, richt, or Diaz?

Dawson had his most creative drive all season in the 2nd half only to follow it up with RB dive, RB dive, Jojo drop. Lol

Need to throw in some west coast spead uptempo drives. If for nothing else but to get a change of pace, give beck some quick throws, and show something different that other teams arent ready for
