And......if/when those coordinators leave, which they will, those other position coaches have more loyalty to the HC to stay vs leaving.
Position coaches should be able to adapt to any system. If they can't, they probably aren't great coaches to begin with bc the best coaches tweak are able to tweak things to match to the strength of their current players, not the other way around.
