Might want to check how long Chip Long was OC for Memphis under Norvell, seems to have worked out pretty good for Notre Dame.

We need a real live EXPERIENCED alpha dog OC, that has actually called a game with consistent success, not a Richt puppet that only helps game plane behind closed Doors.

Richt wants an inexperienced guy he can wield influence over and keep under his thumb. No way. Hire a real OC with an innovative mind, and if Richt is intimidated by that, he can walk

Norvell is the "primary" play caller.

I have not once on this thread said otherwise. Quote me where I said Norvell does NOT call the plays and Dillingham DOES call the plays. Do it, *****.

Maybe Jarren is transferring there instead? JK but really, who cares if he is coming to call plays. If he is coming to teach Richt the offense and then Richt calls from the sheet then IDGAF. Teach Richt a new scheme and help coordinate/install it all.

Then that's not going to happen. If that's what you want, it won't happen and Richt will be here until 2023.
