I know we're talking about an OC, but we are going to play a bowl (season isn't over for us yet). Bowl eligible teams don't normally pull the trigger on coaching changes until after the bowls. Of the OC candidates most mentioned on CIS, almost all are employed at bowl-eligible teams. We aren't likely to see any action until the bowls are played out - if ever.

BTW, of the 14 HC openings so far, the only bowl-eligible team is GT (Johnson retired).
