Why FBI & not Maine?? Come on!!
Be interesting if he had rifle already or recently bought it..
The buck stops with the FBI... but Maine definitely deserves blame. Just like in NY (also a red flag law state) "missed" the Buffalo mass shooter. Why FBI & not Maine?? Come on!!

If the FBI wasn't worried about conservatives, they could use those resources for ACTUAL threats. But they've been pre-occupied with trying to find "domestic terrorists" and finding ways to pad their Incentive-Based stats for "white supremacy"... looking at Ultra MAGA peeps
This guy must have some serious mental health problems then... worse than we all thought!Maine doesn't have a true Red Flag law..
Claims he is Ultra MAGA but X took down his account..
However their Flag law works someone dropped the ball if he was able to purchase rifle after release from Mental Hospital..

A dude is Ultra MAGA and is going to places where the majority of people that go to those places are probably also conservative and/or MAGA.
Regardless of what he is... hope they catch and/or kill him soon!
There’s no need. That’s why there would be rage. There are millions of Americans who own even more fire power than what was used here but never, ever in a million years do what he did. There are people with disorders that fall into that category as well but there’s laws to prevent this guy from owning weapons just like there was laws to prevent Nicholas Cruz owning weapons. Where are the mental health professionals to start that process? If police started going to peoples houses -- even crazy ones -- to confiscate forearms, I cant image right wing rage. Theyd be questioning all sorts of rights and authority issues. Not to even mention all the gunfights occurring at those folks houses when the ATF shows up. Ruby Ridge on steroids..
Because there are clear due process issues and huge potential for abuse. If police started going to peoples houses -- even crazy ones -- to confiscate forearms, I cant image right wing rage. There‘s blame to be passed everywhere in these situations. All health care professionals have the right to deem him a risk which would make him surrender his weapons. This guy definitely qualifies. The buck stops with the FBI... but Maine definitely deserves blame. Just like in NY (also a red flag law state) "missed" the Buffalo mass shooter.

Who would ever, if they valued their guns, EVER seek out mental health treatment? They'd be effectively signing those guns away. There’s no need. That’s why there would be rage. Exactly, thats what I'm saying. The GOP says mental health is the issue, not guns. Yet, would never go for confiscating guns from people clearly with head problems (in many cases serious ones).Because there are clear due process issues and huge potential for abuse.
Is mental health not the issue? Well adjusted people don't go on shooting sprees.Exactly, thats what I'm saying. The GOP says mental health is the issue, not guns. Yet, would never go for confiscating guns from people clearly with head problems (in many cases serious ones).
What choice do they have. The Parties gives them a 82 yr old vs a 79 yr old for President. The press should shoot themselves they’re the ones spreading the hate on America. They have helped to brain wash the youth of today. It takes those with mental problems over the edge. As for all these psycho evaluations those that are to deem someone mentally unhealthy are afraid to do so. Can’t mess with everyone’s rights. They just pass the buck. It’s not the guns that kill and yes there is plenty of blame to go around.
i just don’t get why the youth today are willing to elect these old politicians who failed their own generation. they Are too busy with their personal agendas they have no clue to the young generation of today. It’s sad.
fear is the number one agenda of the media and they love this ****. America internally is very weak we don’t have one good leader in the whole bunch.
Reupping this for obvious reasonsThere’s a law on the books to keep guns out of psychotic people’s hands.
*Kid says he’s gonna shoot up the place*
*Nothing is done or filed on it*
*Kid shoots up the place*
“More gun laws would have prevented this”
