Why would a 1st round draft pick be leaning towards coming back?
Cmon now, very few are saying he’s a first. Most folks say he’s a day 2/3+ kind of guy, which is hard to argue against imo

I think Rodriguez is our Center next year but let’s see. I’d prefer to get a good one in the portal again. That would be really helpful and result in a domino effect. I’ll believe it when I see it, though. Can you get your sources to tell someone to find a Center who will hold the point of attack if we’re going to keep the same run scheme? Ryan Rodriguez coming back, too, on an exemption?
Yeah, NOW they're not...Cmon now, very few are saying he’s a first. Most folks say he’s a day 2/3+ kind of guy, which is hard to argue against imo
I passed along what a coach opined, but I don’t remember many posters agreeing.Yeah, NOW they're not...
That wasn’t the tune before the season started.
Haha I said that. Yup I did. Big L. Big W for @BenderWhy would a 1st round draft pick be leaning towards coming back?
There's multiple people in this exact thread that agreed with that sentiment.I passed along what a coach opined, but I don’t remember many posters agreeing.
Most of us had him as a Day 2/3 guy and a rapidly improving, good LT.
Yep. Check that “over/under” thread. There’s some people saying he’s a 1st rounder. There's multiple people in this exact thread that agreed with that sentiment.
Is that confirmed anywhere by anyone in the know? Some responded and said no he's a Sr, then others said he'd have to apply for a waiverHe’s leaning to coming back
There's multiple threads where it was permeated throughout the offseason & early in the season.Yep. Check that “over/under” thread. There’s some people saying he’s a 1st rounder.

Yea just own it and say you meant he’d be a first rounder after next yearThere's multiple threads where it was permeated throughout the offseason & early in the season.
I don't have a problem with it, that's just people's opinion. I just always find it hilarious when people try to act like I pulled that sh*t out of thin air.
Everybody NOW is saying Day 2/3 or coming back for another year, but from January - August that was not the consensus, like at all.

I don’t get it but I am no expert. But I just don’t see it. I see this year what I saw last year. A huge lumbering dude who is susceptible to the speed rush.I still think he’s a 1st round player.
