He’s not cheap. Probably take 7 per, and A.D. Barnhart ain’t Blake James (he knows how to structure poison pill buyouts).

You never know. He can stay there at a basketball school where they’re just happy that he has them competitive in football. But he also has to know that “competitive” is all they’re ever gonna be. Maybe he looks at UM as an opportunity to take things to the next level.

U cannot be serious. He’s at a bottom tier SEC school that he will never win anything of consequence at. He could come to Miami and build a team that would be in the hunt for the CFP every year. Do u know what kind of money comes with that exposure?

You guys are delusional, he is making $5,000,000 there. The time for UM to interview him for this job was 2018, but we didn't. We were in too great a hurry to snatch Diaz from the jaws of Temple.

Yeah, sure, Kentucky is a basketball school, whatever that means, but he has a real AD-- well-resourced and ruthless. They've invested too much in him to let Rachel Maddow and our gaggle of morons come after him now that he's having success.

People think success and coaching philosophy are instantly translatable from school to school. He hasn’t coached for us since 03, been at UK since 2013. so hiring him will definitely be a 3+ year process, this fanbase isnt ready for a few 8-5, 7-6 seasons before sucess. Even Norvell looked like a hot shot in Memphis.
