I’m sorry, didn’t know UVA and GT’s DL offers set the standards for our recruiting. Yeah, high bar there.

I'm sorry, did I make that point? When someone pointed out that an accomplished DL coach in concert with a two time national champion DC turned head coach offered him you said it was because they were desperate. Two other schools in our conference offered and now we're referencing Clemson. He clearly isn't a Georgia Southern level type of kid. He's at least a mid 3-star type talent who got overlooked because he decided to make sure some school was going to pay for his education and committed to a Sun Belt school. But I'm sure you compared his film to other DTs at his size and have come to the conclusion he's currently rated fairly.

Clemson didn't start recruiting like Clemson until they became a consistent winner. The current staff pretty much duplicated what Clemson did in Dabo's third full year in year 2.(Actual 4th season. He took over for Tommy Bowden 6 games into 2008) Both won 10 games and made an Orange Bowl and lost. Dabo's team just happened to give up 70.

Would be a massive pull, but I’m not going to hold my breath. If we lock down Nesta, along with pulling Briggs and Chapman, I’ll be more than content.

Nesta & Ezzard are the only 2 in the likely category....the rest are total toss ups. If we get those 2 plus another of the rest, that’s a healthy pull.
