I said that last year this is a one year portal mirage elite teams will adapt the following year and this is that year

At some point, as bad as Miami had been...Lorenzo Lingard was RB5 on the roster and Mark Pope was WR5. Walk-Ons, Robert Burns, and SUNY-Buffalo WR2s were ahead of these guys.

Listen man...I get it...they were highly regarded prospects...but they are 20/21 years old and have provided nothing so far and likely getting further buried on the depth chart. If you couldn't get burn on this **** roster, what does it say about you as a player?

Manny stinks...but the last time these guts were good was 3 years ago...and never in college.

If UF gets something out of them...OK. We weren't getting anything from them here.

Anyone on planet earth think dented can Lingard and Mark Pope are better than Don Chaney, Jaylen Knighton, Michael Redding? Serious question.

From an inside the u poster just throwing sh*t out there, this is how sh*t gets regurgitated without anyone having legit sources yet blindly believing/posting whatever they see. Has he considered transferring in the past? Yeah but he’s not leaving now with Miami getting a new offense knowing he can start next year, simple as that.
 
They're going away to sit for a year? This doesn't make any sense, but whatever. Lingard should know better and go somewhere where he's the most talented player on the team

Pope leaving would just be stupid on his part. He'd leave a situation with a new OC that runs a spread, one that if Pope feels he's so good, he would be able to impress from a clean slate to be a starting WR, and since he's one of the few experienced players left, it should be no problem getting that starting job. Instead he may go to the Gators to sit a year? That is not smart.
 
As bad as the offense was, KJ maxed-out whatever production he could at the receiver position.
Why didn't Pope?

Deejay did the same at RB.
Why didn't Lingard?

I don't care who's coaching you.
Have a little pride and show some 5-star work ethic and heart.

As I've said for a while, we might get the odd 4 and 5* SoFl player, but it's usually the ones the elite teams don't really want as they're flawed. Lot of mentally weak kids in Coral Gables right now.

If Lingard and Pope are such trash ,then someone pleaseeee tell me why would a top 10 ranked team want the trash players off a team that lost to
FIU,DUKE,and then got embarressed by LaLa -TEch 14-0. maybe they know something we dont! Like what to do with talent ! or how to coach it.
