2027 Mark Matthews 5* OL from STA Commits to TAMU

I’m curious if Mario an oline guy won’t spend what it takes on the number oline recruit in his back yard
That would send a msg to south Florida in general, who is worthy of that money?

Still think A&M could be offering more, even if both are super high or close to each other. If you follow NFL FA players take the most $$ a large percent of the time. They love $$ and they perceive it as being valued more by the highest bidder.

My hope is this is the case and he wants Miami to come up

It was never about us winning IMO. I think these kids just don't want to come here and whatever their hs coaches/parents and these other schools keep telling them is obviously working. We could win the Natty this upcoming season and you will still have S. Florida kids going to an overrated TA&M. I'm glad we were able to get Malachi.

Personally I don’t think I want us playing that game- we will pay you more than fair, you in? Or are you out? Unsustainable to pay these HS kids massive $$$$ for 3-4 yrs you’re just bidding yourself into bankruptcy

Uga actually does that. They cap themselves on what they offer kids and just be like hey we uga and we are going to get you drafted

It’s not SFL. Jacobs MJC and Bryant aren’t in SFL. This just one in a recent string of misses.
