It’s this. Watch his long run in the A&M game…hit the hole hard, was running towards the outside put one foot down and cut inside of the WR blocking with no stutter steps or hesitation. Same thing with an earlier run that game that went about 20 yards. Same thing with the long TD in national championship.Always had good vision on the first level, then his size would get him a few more yards. In the playoffs his 2nd level decisiveness and vision took a leap
Hopefully he can carry this into this season, his nfl stock could rise alot from it
Remember the Stanford or Syracuse game where he broke through the line and was running left and if just kept running straight he would’ve scored…instead he cut back inside looking to run defender over when he didn’t need to and got tackled. That wasn’t happening in the playoffs.
