These numbers are skewed by including QBs and some players that are change of pace backs that don't really get short yardage carries. Knighton wasn't the 25th best back in the league.![]()
You can't argue with numbers. I can promise you that, if Rooster finishes his career with that same YPC, NFL GM's are not going to view him as "elite". Don't take it personally, it is what it is.
While his avg wasn't good enough to qualify as an elite all purpose back. He definitely showed that he has elite explosiveness and 3 down capability despite his slighter frame.
