Pretty sure he was on Urban’s staff in Jacksonville. Not sure if he’s attracting interest from any other programs, but he would be a homerun hire as a LB/Co-Dc coach. Awesome recruiter, too.

We haven't had a decent LB coach since Barrow. Given our LB play these past two years, I hope it's the best position coach hire on staff. I suppose Steel could act as the wizened sensei and allow Mario to go after a super aggressive riser who is also a top recruiter. But I would prefer someone with deep experience leading a top 10-20 squad for multiple years.
