Both were in foul trouble with 4 fouls with 8+ minutes left in the game.

Absolute masterclass on D for Houston. They are very legit. Very very tough match up if we beat Indiana. We are gonna need to hit every shots!

Thoughts on Rick Barnes' style of play, aka Thugball? He coached that same way when he was in the ACC at Clemson. He basically teaches "foul all the time because the refs can't/won't call them all."

IMO, it's an ugly style of basketball -- elbows, arm bars, grabbing, etc. -- that doesn't make for enjoyable viewing. Yesterday, thanks to one guy with actual basketball skills (Olivier Nkamhoua) who had a career shooting game, it paid off big time. UT looked like a D League team, Duke like college boys.

Xavier is a veteran laden team with a ton of Guard depth & they shoot the 3 ball really well.

They’re an under the radar team that’s built to make a deep run in the tourney.
