The last year ( which is the most relevant) Manny Diaz was a top 7 DC in the sport -2018

Strong hasn't been a part of a good defense since Florida days of over a decade ago. His defenses as a HC were absolutely trash

How many times do we have to see muschamp get fired before you guys get the point
 
I think Simpson is a great teacher and brings things to the table, I'm just worried about his recruiting, not that's trash but is it good enough to take UM to the next step. Baker and Pakte bring nothing to the table as well.

But when you compile them all vs Duke, and none vs legit teams, it means the stats you use to justify your defense are bull****.

thats the whole point. Diaz defense will generate 10 TFL vs Wake, and then give up 62 pts to UNC. Its a ****e defense.

based in what? The fact that you like him? A man crush? There is literally nothing statistically that can point to Diaz being even a top 25 coordinator. You are living in a fantasy land where your creepy man crush is the spanish Bud Foster

diaz defensive ranks were great to elite depending on the season as a DC. his d has flaws and may need change but he was a good Dc for MIAMI.
